- 収容されるウエハーの上部と下部を除いた周縁
を受け入れるポケツト及び前記ポケツト毎にあけ
られた縦窓が多数向い合つて併設されている対を
なす側壁と、前記側壁の端同士を連結する対をな
す端壁とからなるウエハーキヤリヤーにおいて、
前記端壁の、ウエハーキヤリヤー内に縦向きに収
納されるウエハーに対向する内壁面を該ウエハー
に対し外側に向けて上傾させたことを特徴とする
ウエハーキヤリヤー。
