において、前記シリンダブロツク下端の外周縁部
位に外側方向に突出する第１フランジ部を形成す
るとともに前記オイルパン上端の外周縁部位に外
側方向に突出する第２フランジ部を形成し、第１
フランジ部と第２フランジ部とに夫々締結用孔部
を形成し、前記第２フランジ部の第２接合面側の
締結用孔部を除く部位に溝部を形成し、前記第１
フランジ部の第１接合面側には前記締結用孔部の
少なくとも一部を囲繞し且つ締結時に前記溝部に
連絡し前記シール材の食み出しを防止する食み出
し防止溝を形成したことを特徴とするオイルパン
