As shown in Figure 1, the fuel assembly of a pressurized water reactor consists of an upper nozzle a, a lower nozzle b, a plurality of guide pipes c provided between each nozzle a and b, and a plurality of guide pipes c provided between each nozzle a and b. A grid d (usually 6 to 7 in number) having openings located at and individually receiving the guide tubes c, and fuel rods (not shown) individually inserted into other openings of the same grid d. In the reactor core, fuel assemblies A are arranged with a nominal gap of 1 mm between them. Therefore, if there is a slight deformation in the fuel assembly, or if the fuel assembly is slightly tilted due to misalignment of the fuel changer, the second
As shown in the figure, it is difficult to load the next fuel assembly A 2 next to the already loaded fuel assembly A 1 and position it by engaging the pin hole b 1 of the lower nozzle b with the lower core pin e. It is. In order to solve this difficulty, conventionally, as shown in Figure 3, a prismatic guide assembly B whose external dimensions matched those of the fuel assembly was used as a loading guide, and the fuel assembly was assembled along this guide assembly.
A2 is loaded between the pre-loaded fuel assembly A1 and the guide assembly B. However, the conventional guide assembly B has an upper nozzle f as shown in FIG.
The main body h connects the lower nozzle g and the nozzles f and g, and although the center part of the main body h is hollowed out as shown in Figure 5 to reduce weight, it has high rigidity and is easy to handle when loading. Unreasonable force was applied to the fuel assemblies A 1 and A 2 , potentially damaging the fuel support grid (not shown) and the like.

This proposal addresses the above-mentioned problems, and includes an upper nozzle, a lower nozzle, a plurality of guide tubes provided between each of the nozzles, and an opening located between each of the nozzles to receive the guide tubes individually. In a loading guide for guiding a fuel assembly having a lattice-like grid and a plurality of fuel rods individually inserted into other openings of the grid, the loading guide corresponds to the fuel rod portion of the fuel assembly. Among the parts, the lower part has a higher rigidity, the upper part has a lower rigidity, and a stopper for preventing excessive deflection and deformation is provided in the upper part, and a hole into which a positioning pin is inserted is provided in a part corresponding to the lower nozzle part of the fuel assembly. The purpose of this loading guide is to provide an improved loading guide that allows fuel assemblies to be mounted next to already loaded fuel assemblies without damaging fuel support grids, etc. The point is that it provides a mounting guide.

Next, the mounting guide of the present invention will be explained using an embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 to 9. 1 is the entire mounting guide, and 1a is the part corresponding to the fuel rod part of the fuel assembly. The lower part 1a has high rigidity (see FIG. 9). In addition, 1b is the part (top) corresponding to the upper nozzle part of the fuel assembly, 1c is the upper part of the part corresponding to the fuel rod part of the fuel assembly, which is made of shaped steel (see Figures 7 and 8), and the lower part 1a and the top portion 1b are integrally connected. The upper part 1c is
As mentioned above, it is made of shaped steel and has the flexibility to deform appropriately in response to the deformation of the fuel assembly or the inclination of the fuel assembly due to misalignment of the fuel exchanger. Further, numeral 2 denotes a stopper for preventing excessive deflection and deformation of the upper part 1c, which is provided in the upper part 1c above the lower part 1a, and is formed in the shape of a truncated pyramid. In addition, 1a-1 is a hole provided in the lower part 1a, and the same hole 1a
The lower core pin (positioning pin) e shown in FIG. 2 is inserted into the lower core pin (1).

The mounting guide 1 of the present invention is configured as described above, and is used when mounting a fuel assembly next to an already mounted fuel assembly, when there is slight deformation in the fuel assembly, or when the fuel assembly is being replaced. When the fuel assembly is tilted due to misalignment of the aircraft, the upper portion 1c of the mounting guide 1 deforms in accordance with the above deformation or the above inclination. Also, at this time, the stopper 2 is
Prevent excessive flexural deformation of c. On the other hand, since the lower part 1a of the mounting guide 1 has high rigidity, it reliably guides the lower nozzle of the fuel assembly (see b in Figures 1 and 2) and makes the pin hole of the lower nozzle the pin hole of the lower core pin. (see e in Figure 2).

Therefore, according to the mounting guide of the present invention, the fuel assembly can be mounted next to the already mounted fuel assembly without damaging the fuel support grid or the like.
