For example, liquid flux is flammable and highly flammable, so it is considered a dangerous substance under the Fire Service Act, and there are restrictions that it must be stored in a hazardous materials warehouse. Also, it is easily flammable even during use. A drawback is that if there is a source of fire near the automatic soldering device, it is easy to cause a fire. Also, as a pollution problem,
Since toxic gases such as trichlorethylene and chlorine gas are generated during the use of flux, strong ventilation equipment is required, and if this equipment is inadequate, it can be dangerous for workers. Also, from an economic point of view, it is extremely uneconomical because an unnecessary and rather expensive solvent is added to the powder flux, and this is evaporated by natural evaporation or by contact with molten solder in a solder bath. There was a drawback. Furthermore, in terms of technical aspects,
When it comes into contact with molten solder, a large amount of gas mixed with solvent vapor is generated, so if the board does not have holes for lead wires, such as when soldering chip parts, The gas prevents contact between the solder and the conductor circuit, resulting in a disadvantage that soldering defects are likely to occur.

る。 The present invention has been made to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and its purpose is to spray powder as it is onto a printed circuit board without adding a solvent to the powder flux, and to adhere it to a printed circuit board. The powder flux is then heated by an existing preheater for printed circuit boards to melt it and adhere to the printed circuit board, thereby eliminating the need for alcohol-based or petroleum-based solvents and improving the safety of the flux itself. The objective is to significantly improve the safety of soldering equipment during use, and to facilitate transportation and storage by eliminating restrictions on handling as a hazardous material. Another object is to prevent the generation of pollution during soldering operations by completely eliminating the generation of toxic gases during the use of flux. Still another object is to improve solder coverage even when soldering chip parts by reducing the amount of gas generated during soldering. Still another object is to provide a flux that is cheaper by the amount of solvent by not using a solvent, and to eliminate wastage of flux by completely recovering the remaining powder flux. Another purpose is to remove static electricity from the charged powder flux by disposing a metal net member in the powder flux collection path, thereby preventing the solidification of the powder flux. The goal is to prevent this and keep the powder flux free at all times to ensure smooth injection.

The base is made by pulverizing a rosin resin in the presence of higher fatty acids. Here, as the rosin-based resin, natural rosin, phenol-modified rosin, etc. used in ordinary liquid fluxes can be used.

This is because if it is less than 2 parts by weight, the above effects cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 20 parts by weight, the above effects are saturated.

The powder flux 18 is sprayed onto the printed circuit board 32, but the powder flux 18 is charged during transportation.
Since the static electricity is removed by the net members 25 and 26, solidification of the powder flux 18 is prevented.

に行われる効果がある。 Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, the powder flux is sprayed and adhered to a printed circuit board as it is without adding a solvent to the powder flux, and is then applied to an existing preheater for preheating the printed circuit board. As the powder flux is heated and melted, it adheres closely to the printed circuit board, eliminating the need for alcohol-based or petroleum-based solvents.
The safety of the flux itself and the safety during use in soldering equipment are greatly improved, and as a result, restrictions on handling as a dangerous substance are removed, making transportation and storage easier. Furthermore, since the generation of toxic gas during use of flux is completely eliminated, there is an effect of preventing the generation of pollution during soldering work. Furthermore, since the amount of gas generated during soldering is reduced, it has the effect of improving solder coverage even when soldering chip parts. Further, since no solvent is used, a flux can be obtained that is cheaper by the amount of the solvent used, and the remaining powder flux is completely recovered, which has the effect of eliminating waste of flux. In addition, since a metal mesh member is placed in the powder flux collection path, the static electricity of the charged powder flux is removed, preventing the powder flux from solidifying, and keeping the powder flux in a free-flowing state at all times. This has the effect of ensuring smooth injection.
