第１図から第３図迄は、本考案によるハイトゲ
ージを用いた精密長物測定比較検査装置を示すた
めのもので、第１図は全体構成を示す概略構成図

図は第１図のミラー部にうつる測定状態を示す要
部の斜視図、第４図は従来装置を示す概略構成図
である。 １は石定盤、２はハイトゲージ、６は被測定物
、１０はアーム部、１３はダイヤルゲージ、１３
ｂはプローブ部、１４は可動レバー、１６はおも
り体、１８はミラー部である。

Claims (1)
- 石定盤１上に配設されたハイトゲージ２を有し
、このハイトゲージ２によつて精密長物を測定す
るようにしたハイトゲージを用いた精密長物測定
比較検査装置において、前記ハイトゲージ２に上
下動自在に設けられたアーム部１０と、前記アー
ム部１０に取付けられたダイヤルゲージ１３と、
前記ダイヤルゲージ１３に設けられた可動レバー
１４に接続して垂下されたおもり体１６と、前記
ダイヤルゲージ１３に設けられ前記可動レバー１
４と連動して上下動するプローブ部１３ｂと、前
記ダイヤルゲージ１３の上方位置に配設されたミ
ラー部１８とを備え、前記おもり体１６を上方に
持ち上げることにより前記プローブ部１３ｂが被
測定物６に当接し、その時の前記ダイヤルゲージ
１３の測定値を前記ミラー部１８にて下部位置か
ら見ることができるようにしたことを特徴とする
ハイトゲージを用いた精密長物測定比較検査装置
。
