と、あらかじめ入力された前記レーザ発振器出口
のビーム径、ビーム拡がり角、前記レーザ発振器
から最も近い原点位置までのビーム伝送距離、前
記凸レンズの焦点距離、集光レンズへの入射ビー
ム径とを突き合せて演算し、前記凸レンズの駆動
装置へ駆動指令を出す制御装置を設けたこと、を
