Claims (1)
- 固定子本体上に固定子鉄心を有し、固定子本体
上で可動子を固定子鉄心により駆動可能に載置す
るリニアモータの固定子において、可撓性薄板に
よつて形成した脚部を有する取付板を上記脚部突
出状態で上記固定子本体に組込み該固定子本体と
一体的に成形したことを特徴とするリニアモータ
の固定子。
