外側の支持棒とこれに対向する支持棒間には該外
側の支持棒に一端が取付けられた操作ロープを前
記三角形状の空間部位外周に沿つて張設し、この
操作ロープの引張り作動によつて前記外側の支持
棒を前記取付台に対し水平方向放射状の拡開動と
上下方向の回動をなすように構成したことを特徴
