在な光学式ピツクアツプ・アセンブリであつて、
前記光学式ピツクアツプを担持するヨークベース
と、前記案内部材上を摺動自在な摺動部材と、前
記ヨークベース及び摺動部材のいずれか一方に対
して回動自在に係合し他方に対して平行移動自在
に係合した中間部材と、前記中間部材の前記一方
に対する角度位置及び前記中間部材の前記他方に
対する位置を定める位置決め手段とを含むことを
