ヘツドと、この浮動型磁気ヘツドに装着されたコ
イルに接続されたリード線を被覆する絶縁チユー
ブと、下面に弾性部材が装着されかつその一部に
ロードビームとの係合部を有する係合部材を備え
、この係合部材の下面の弾性部材をロードビーム
に当接させた状態で前記係合部をロードビームに
係合させ前記絶縁チユーブをこの係合部材と前記
ロードビームの間に挾み止めたことを特徴とする
