調整できるようにしたものがある。そしてこの場
合、戸板取付面となる外フレーム3′の上面をで
きるだけ広く確保すること、および調整ネジ7′
の操作性を考慮すれば、第4図に示すように調整
ネジ7′を可及的に傾倒させることが望ましいが、
このようにした場合には、調整ネジ7′の先端部
が径方向の力fを大きく受けることになるため、
調整ネジ7′の変形、調整ネジ螺合部4′の破損、
さらには調整ネジ7′の進退操作が重くなる等の
不具合が生じることになる。そこで、第1図に示
す如く、外フレームにレバー板5を調整ネジ7に
下側から接当するよう突設し、調整ネジ7の進退
動に伴うレバー板5の上下揺動によつて内フレー
ム1を外フレーム3に対して上下摺動させるよう
に構成することで上記不具合を解消することが提
案されている。しかるに、このものでは、調整ネ
ジ7の進退移動量に対する内フレーム1の上下移
動量が、レバー板5が上側に位置して水平姿勢に
近づくほど大きくなり、これに伴い調整ネジ7の
進退操作も重くなつてしまうという点で依然とし
て問題がある。

至つてこれに接当すべく傾斜状に突出し、かつ調
整ネジの進退動により外フレームからの突出基部
を支点として上下揺動するレバー板を設けると共
に、該レバー板の下面に、内フレーム上面に接当
して高さ調整するための突起を複数設け、これら
複数の突起の突出量を、レバー板の揺動に基づい
た内フレームの外フレームに対する下方変位の過
程で、内フレームに接当するものが支点側の突起
から先端側の突起に順次代るべく設定したことを
特徴とするものである。

板5は、その先端部位下面の先端側と中央部側と
に一対の突起6,6aが形成されるものである
が、中央部側の第一突起6aは先端側の第二突起
6よりも大きく突出しており、そして第2図の実
線で示す高さ調整範囲の中立位置で、両突起6,
6aは内フレーム1の上端面にそれぞれ接当する
ことになるが、この中立位置よりも内フレーム1
を上方となるよう摺動調整させた場合には、第一
突起6aが内フレーム1の上面に接当してこれを
支持し、一方、中立位置よりも内フレーム1を下

ム1の上面に接当してこれを支持するようになつ

で円滑に行うことができることとなつて、戸車の
高さ調整における作業性を著しく向上させること
ができる。
