て渦巻き状に曲折した偏平チユーブ2と、前記両
ヘツダー1,5の一端が外面に液密に導かれると
共に、該偏平チユーブ2の前記幅方向両端縁が軸
方向両端部内面に近接または接触するように、該
偏平チユーブが内装される両端閉塞の筒状体より
なるケーシング3と、前記両ヘツダー1,5の夫
々近傍で前記ケーシング3内に開口した一対の出
入り口パイプ4と、を具備し、前記ヘツダー5を
介して前記偏平チユーブ2内に第1の熱交換媒体
が流通すると共に、前記出入り口パイプ4を介し
て前記ケーシング3内に該チユーブ2の曲折面に
沿つて第2の熱交換媒体が流通するようにした熱
