(Prior art) As shown in Fig. 9, the conventional method for drying incense sticks involves arranging incense sticks B containing moisture after forming incense sticks on a wooden incense stick drying board A, and then placing the incense sticks at intervals. It consists of a drying preparation process in which the incense sticks are stacked in multiple stages, and a drying process in which they are naturally dried. In this natural drying process, the water evaporates and the diameter of the incense sticks becomes smaller, creating a gap between the incense sticks. This is the so-called "board bending work" that closes the gaps between the bumps and prevents distortion.
As shown in Figure 10, when the incense sticks are almost dry, the so-called ``board removal work'' is carried out, which involves inserting the incense sticks between drying plates to suppress and correct the tendency of the incense sticks to warp. The characteristic natural drying method and the preparation for drying are as shown in Figure 9, where the moistened incense sticks B are laid flat on a wooden incense stick drying plate A, and then the incense sticks are stacked in multiple tiers at intervals. process, and a forced drying process that supplies warm air at a predetermined temperature and humidity. In the forced drying process,
Similar to the above-mentioned natural drying method, a forced drying method that is characterized by performing "board bending work" and "board removal work" has been practiced and is well known.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the known natural drying method is dependent on the climate, and the incense sticks with a diameter of 2 mm are dried with a moisture content of 10%.
It takes 7 to 10 days to dry to a certain extent, and the diameter is 4.5 mm.
Incense sticks not only take a long time (more than 14 days) to dry, but also require a large space to dry. In addition, wooden incense stick drying boards are expensive and difficult to dry for different incense sticks because of the transfer of scent. We prepare a large number of incense sticks to correspond to the types of incense sticks that cannot be used in common and are to be dried.
The problem was that it had to be stored in a way that it would not be deformed.

In addition, compared to natural drying method, forced drying method is
It has the advantage of being able to shorten the drying time without being affected by the climate, but like the natural drying method, the drying process must be done straight, unless you do the work of bending the board and removing the board, which are difficult and cumbersome to work at the timing of the drying process. There were problems in that it was not possible to obtain incense sticks, and that a large number of wooden incense stick drying boards had to be prepared and stored.
