It becomes a rigid body configuration that is relatively immovable,
As a result, the outer wall panel 1 is subjected to vertical force and in-plane horizontal force. Therefore, the outer wall panel 1 is required to have sufficient strength to withstand vertical and horizontal forces, resulting in high cost. Moreover, since the vertical force is borne by both the column and the vertical frame of the outer wall panel 1 on the column side, the vertical frame of the panel 1 has excessive strength on the column side, resulting in waste.

パネル11に何等鉛直力が作用しない。 The embodiment of the present invention is constructed as described above, and when connecting and fixing the outer wall panel 11 to the beam 18, the groove 29 at the lower end of the outer wall panel 11 is engaged with the rail body 28, and as shown in FIG. As shown by the imaginary line, when the upper end side is raised, the contact piece 24 of the fixed member receiver 19 fixed to the beam 18 and one side wall 16 of the fixed member 14 fixed to the outer wall panel 11
The outer surfaces abut and are positioned, and a state is obtained in which the engaging pieces 23, 23 are loosely inserted and engaged in the notches 17, 17, respectively. Next, as shown by the imaginary lines in FIG. 1, by fitting the connecting member 25 between the both side walls 16, 16, a state in which the outer wall panel 11 and the beam 18 are connected and fixed is obtained. As mentioned above,
When the outer wall panel 11 is erected, the abutting piece 24 and the outer surface of the side wall 16 are configured to abut,
When the upper end side of the outer wall panel 11 is in a predetermined position, the contact piece 24
This prevents the outer wall panel 11 from falling forward. Moreover, if the outer wall panel 11 is erected at a predetermined position, the notch 17 of one side wall 16
The other engaging piece 23 passes through the inside, and then, with the outer surface of the side wall 16 in contact with the abutting piece 24, each engaging piece 23, 23 is loosely inserted into each notch 17 and engaged. In this state, the connecting member 25
It is only necessary to fit the two sides between the side walls 16, 16, and the connection work can be easily performed. Further, since the guide portions 26, 26 are provided at both ends of the connecting member 25, the fitting operation thereof is facilitated. Also, cutout portions 1 of the same shape are provided opposite to both side walls 16, 16 of the fixing member 14, respectively.
7 and 17, the direction during erection is not restricted. Furthermore, the fixing member 1
Since the length L of the engagement piece 23 in the longitudinal direction is smaller than the length L of the notch 17 in the longitudinal direction of the fixing member 14, the fixing member 14 and the fixing member receiver 19 are is relatively movable, and furthermore, each of the side walls 16, 16 and the upper wall 3
6. Lower end of engagement piece 23, lower end of notch 17, abutting piece 2
4 and the outer wall panel 11 side, and the connecting member 25 and the fixed member receiver 19 side, respectively, with an appropriate gap m in the vertical direction.
n, O, and P, the fixing member 14 and the fixing member receiver 19 are relatively movable by an appropriate amount in the vertical direction, and the amount of movement of the fixing member 14 in the longitudinal direction is If the amount of movement of the frame type structure is larger than the amount of movement of the frame type structure and the position adjustment allowance in the longitudinal direction of the outer wall panel 11, even if a horizontal load is applied due to horizontal movement of the frame type structure, it will not be fixed to the fixing member 14. Since the member support 19 moves relative to the outer wall panel 11, no in-plane horizontal force acts directly on the outer wall panel 11. Further, the position of the outer wall panel 11 in the longitudinal direction can be easily adjusted by moving it in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, each of the above-mentioned gaps m, n, O, P in the vertical direction
If the beam 18 is configured to be larger than the deflection allowance of the beam 18, the beam 18
Even if it bends, the fixing member 14 and the fixing member receiver 19 simply move relative to each other in the vertical direction, and no vertical force is applied to the outer wall panel 11.

固定装置として有効である。 As described above, since vertical force and in-plane horizontal force do not act on the exterior wall panel 11, the strength against them is not required so much, and the exterior wall panel 11 can be used at a low cost. It is particularly effective as a fixing device when using non-load-bearing panels.

As shown in FIG. 7, the engaging piece 23 may be provided only on the side opposite to the abutting piece 24. Also, at the lower end of the outer wall panel 11, the rail body 2
Although the lower frame 30 is configured to be able to freely slide above the lower frame 30, any configuration may be used as long as the lower frame 30 is slidable in the longitudinal direction, and is not limited to that of the embodiment. Further, the fixing positions and number of the fixing member 14 and the fixing member receiver 19 may be determined as appropriate. Furthermore, the shapes of the notches 17, 17 and the engaging pieces 23, 23 are not limited to the shapes of the embodiments.

The outer surface of one side wall of the fixing member and the abutting piece of the fixing member receiver are in contact with each other with gaps between the upper ends of both side walls of the fixing member and the lower surface of the upper wall of the fixing member receiver, and between the lower end of the abutting piece and the upper surface of the outer wall panel. The connecting member, which is in contact with the fixing member receiving lower surface and has a height lower than the gap between the fixing member receiving lower surface and the bottom wall upper surface, is fitted between the both side walls of the fixing member from the side wall to the engagement piece of the fixing member receiver. The contact piece prevents the outer wall panel from tipping forward when it is erected, and its positioning action facilitates the connection and fixing work.
Furthermore, since cutouts of the same shape are formed on each side wall, there are no restrictions on the direction in which the building can be erected. In addition, since the fixing member and the fixing member receiver are relatively movable in the longitudinal direction and vertical direction of the fixing member, it is easy to adjust the position of the exterior wall panel, and the in-plane horizontal force and vertical force on the exterior wall panel can be easily adjusted. This has the advantage of being able to prevent these occurrences, not requiring much strength against them, and allowing the use of inexpensive exterior wall panels and non-load-bearing panels.
