が作用力を及ぼすので、従来のように突起等を利
用した場合に発生する局所的な応力発生がなく、
セラミツクスを素材としていても割れ等の障害を
伴うことがない。また、空洞部は可動弁板の芯に
対して偏心しているので、バルブガイドとレバー
ハンドルとの連接点を可動弁板の芯から偏らせる
ことができる。このため、特にレバーハンドルを
左右に旋回させるときには、バルブガイドは可動
弁板の芯から離れた位置に力の作用点が発生する
ので、モーメントをうまく利用した操作が行え、
軽いタツチで湯と水の混合比や流量を変えること
ができる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 本体の内部流路に固定される固定弁板と、該
固定弁板に対して摺動可能に重合配置された可動
弁板と、前記本体の外部に設けられると共に前記
可動弁板に連接してこれを作動さるレバーハンド
ルとを備え、前記固定弁板には水及び湯の流入用
弁孔と混合水の流出用弁孔を開け、更に前記可動
弁板には湯水用弁孔及び混合水用弁孔をそれぞれ
開設し、前記レバーハンドルの操作により前記水
及び湯の流入用弁孔から流出用弁孔までの流路を
開く湯水混合栓において、前記可動弁板は、前記
レバーハンドルとの連接点側の一面を開放した有
底の空洞部を形成して底部面を前記固定弁板との
摺動面とすると共に前記湯水用弁孔及び混合水用
弁孔を底部に開けて前記空洞部に連通させ、前記
空洞部は弁板軸に対して偏心配置されると共に該
弁板軸と直交する断面形状を円形とし、更に、前
記レバーハンドルに連動するレバーをほぼ中心部
分に連接したバルブガイドを、前記空洞部の中に
流路空間を残して嵌め合わせによつて一体化した
ことを特徴とする湯水混合栓。
