おいて、 前記第一及び第二電極を複数の電極ブロツクに
分け、該電極ブロツクを一方及び他方の側に振り
分けて千鳥状に配列し、 前記一方及び他方の側の電極ブロツク間に誤放
電防止層を設けたことを特徴とするプラズマ放電
型光学ヘツド。 (2) 一単位の電極ブロツクの第一電極を共通電
極構造としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の
プラズマ放電型光学ヘツド。 (3) 前記第一電極を遮光性を有する導電材料か
ら成る電極とし、該第一電極の前記第二電極と対
