Claims (1)
- 流体作動装置に連結される主導管に、前記流体
作動装置の作動時は開き、前記流体作動装置の非
作動時には閉じるバルブ装置を取付け、このバル
ブ装置をバイパスしてバイパス流路を設け、この
バイパス流路中に微量の流体の流れを検知するた
めの検知部を形成し、この検知部は光透過体のケ
ーシングを有することを特徴とする流体漏れ検知
器。
