取付穴に取付けられるストツパ部材とを有し、該
ストツパ部材は、幅方向の両側が前記取付穴の周
囲で裏板の外側面に当接する基板部と、該基板部
の長さ方向一側から前記取付穴を介して裏板の内
側へと伸長し、先端側が前記トルクレバーの当接
部に当接して該トルクレバーの戻り位置を規制す
るストツパ部と、該ストツパ部の途中に設けられ
、前記裏板の内側面に係止する係止部と、前記基
板部の長さ方向他側から前記取付穴を介して裏板
の内側へと伸び、前記裏板の内側面に係止する爪
