夫々の走行速度の平均値を検出する平均値検出手

度を変速する変速装置１８が設けられ、前記掻込
み装置１の回転速度を前記平均値が大なるほど大
なるようにすべく、前記平均値検出手段１００の
検出情報に基づいて前記掻込み装置１の変速装置
１８を自動調節する変速制御手段１０１が設けら

置１の回転速度を高低に変更設定する制御条件設
