第１図は本考案に係るねじれ歯かさ歯車の研削
砥石の一例を示す断面図、第２図は第１図に示さ
れる例の外観を示す斜視図、第３図は第１図に示
される例が用いられてねじれ歯かさ歯車に対する
研削加工が行われる状態を示す図、第４図は第１
図に示される例のねじれ歯かさ歯車に対する当接
状態を示す部分断面図、第５図は本考案に係るね
じれ歯かさ歯車の研削砥石の他の例の外観を示す
斜視図、第６図は本考案に係るねじれ歯かさ歯車
の研削砥石のさらに他の例の外観を示す斜視図で
ある。 図中、２は研削ヘツド部、４は砥石本体、６，
２０及び２４は砥粒層、８は螺旋状の溝、２１及
び２５は傾斜溝である。

Claims (1)
- ねじれ歯かさ歯車の歯面形成部に対応する形状
を有するものとされた研削ヘツド部が備えられ、
該研削ヘツド部の表面に砥粒層が設けられて研削
面が形成され、回転駆動せしめられるものとされ
るとともに、上記研削面に、螺旋状の溝あるいは
回転方向と並行しない方向に伸びる複数の溝が設
けられたことを特徴とするねじれ歯かさ歯車の研
削砥石。
