意な位置、方向にツールを固定することができ

問題点を解決するための手段 本考案は、腕部となる丸棒の軸と、1本の軸の

する孔と該軸と直交する方向に延びた突部とを有
する旋回コネクタと、1本の軸の一端を嵌入して
支持する凹部と該軸と直交する方向の他の軸を貫
通させて支持する孔とを有する軸コネクタとを基
本保持部材として備え、該基本保持部材の全ての
孔の内径、旋回コネクタの突部の外径および軸コ
ネクタの凹部の内径を全て前記軸の径と一致さ
せ、任意の該基本保持部材を組合せて構成される
保持装置において、該基本保持部材の各部寸法を
所定倍に拡張して該基本保持部材と相似形状とし
た拡張保持部材を備えると共に該基本保持部材の
直交コネクタ、旋回コネクタ、軸コネクタおよび
フランジ胴部の外径を全て該拡張保持部材の各孔
の内径と等しく設定し、該基本保持部材及び拡張
保持部材を適宜組合せてなることを特徴とするも
のである。

してある。但し、突部4は軸Aと同径である。フ
ランジFはツバ部5と胴部6とを備え、両者の中
心部を貫通するように軸Aの一端を保持するため
の孔7が形成してある。寸法関係では胴部6の外
径が軸Aの2倍である。軸コネクタEは全体が軸
Aの2倍の径の円柱体で、その一端から軸芯方向
には軸Aの一端、または同径の他部材を挿入(嵌
入)して支持するための凹部8が、また他端側に
は軸Aを保持するための孔9が設けてある。

内径はそのシリーズの軸Aを支持するに適した寸
法であるが、これらの部材の外径は上位のシリー
ズの孔または凹部に嵌入するに適した寸法に設定
してある。

ールT3を保持するために、横向きの軸A3の中間
部を直交コネクタB2と縦向きの軸A3で支持し、
剛性を高めている。本例はいずれもD2,D3シリ
ーズの部材を使用しているが、強度等があまり必
要でなければD1,D2シリーズで組立てることも
できる。

材の各孔の内径と等しく設定したので、大きさの
異なる保持部材は組合せる場合にスペーサ等のサ
イズ調整部材は全く不要となる。従つて、強度や
剛性を簡単且つ安価な構成で自由に設定可能な保
持装置が実現できる。

して備え、該基本保持部材の全ての孔の内径、旋
回コネクタの突部の外径および軸コネクタの凹部
の内径を全て前記軸の径と一致させ、任意の該基
本保持部材を組合せて構成される保持装置におい
て、 該基本保持部材の各部寸法を所定倍に拡張して
該基本保持部材と相似形状とした拡張保持部材を
備えると共に該基本保持部材の直交コネクタ、旋
回コネクタ、軸コネクタおよびフランジ胴部の外
径を全て該拡張保持部材の各孔の内径と等しく設
定し、該基本保持部材及び拡張保持部材を適宜組
