レクトロクロミツク調光板において、 前記両透明基板1A,1Bの一方の透明基板1
B上に前記透明電極膜2及び前記発色膜3を積層
して設け、その発色膜3と他方の透明基板1Aと
の間に電解質8を設け、更に同発色膜3上の略全
面にわたつて複数の線状絶縁膜4を設け、前記線
状絶縁膜4上に不活性材料よりなる前記対向電極
としての複数の線状電極5を設けたことを特徴と
