イナリコード・パンチプレートに穿孔されたパン
チ孔の有無を光学的に検出する如く上記パンチプ
レートの両側に対向して配置された発光手段およ
び受光手段を含む光フアイバケーブルと、この光
フアイバケーブルの一方に光を送込むと共に前記
光フアイバケーブルの他方を介して送られるデジ
タル光信号を光電変換しかつＤ／Ａ変換する手段
とを具備したことを特徴とするデジタル式変位計
