いて、水平方向に磁束を発生させる界磁コイルが
備えられた界磁部を有するフレームを前記ケーシ
ングに支持し、鉛直方向に移動自在に制動部材を
前記フレームに設け、該制動部材の移動方向に直
交し且つ前記磁束に直交する方向に電流を流す可
動コイルを前記制動部材に設けたことを特徴とす
