Claims

It consists of a substantially tapered column and a plug that are integrally formed of synthetic resin, and the column has a locking pawl at the tip, a flange at the rear end, and an axial through hole that is substantially tapered. A plurality of axial slits communicating between the through hole and the outer periphery of the column are formed at an appropriate length from the tip of the column, the plug has a locking step at the tip, a collar at the rear end, and the tip connects to the through hole.
