- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電振動子と２つの負荷容量とが絶縁樹脂で一
体的にモールドされた回路素子において、 前記負荷容量は、圧電体基板の一方の主表面の
中央部に共通電極を有し、また他方の主表面に、
該主表面の中央部にて分離され、前記共通電極と
その一部が対向する１対の対向電極を備え、該対
向電極の一方と共通電極とが対向する部分の近傍
が分極処理されており、分極処理されている対向
部分の振動周波数が、圧電振動子のスプリアス振
動の周波数に一致しており、該対向部分の振動空
間及び圧電振動子の振動空間を残してモールドさ
れてなることを特徴とする回路素子。
