Claims (1)

用いて転写材上のトナーを該転写材上に定着する
熱定着装置において、 形状記憶合金によつて形成され、上記検温素子
を支持するブラケツトを有し、 このブラケツトが、変態点より低い温度の時上
記検温素子を上記定着ローラの表面に接触させ、
又は近い位置に置く形状であり、一方、変態点よ
り高い温度の時、上記検温素子を上記定着ローラ
の表面から遠く離れた位置に置く形状に変形する
ことを特徴とする熱定着装置。 (2) 上記検温素子が温度ヒユーズであり、更に
上記形状記憶合金の変態点が、該温度ヒユーズの
作動点より０〜２０℃低いことを特徴とする請求
