いて、 前記リール組立体は、それぞれに設けた連結軸
体を介して脱着自在でかつ軸方向所望位置で固定
連結される下部リール枠と上部リール枠とからな
り、 前記下部リール枠は、前記連結軸体に直交する
巻束体支受面形成体と、前記支受面形成体上に設
けられていて前記連結軸体の両側において相対的
に近接離遠可能でかつ固定可能な巻束体の内径支
持手段とを備え、前記巻束体支受面形成体は、一
直径方向において予め設定される幅寸法Ｗでなる
二つの線に沿つて折りたたみ可能であり、前記内
径支持手段及び上部リール枠が、前記幅寸法Ｗ内
に入り得る幅寸法に形成されていることを特徴と
