る泥の流れを植付苗近くに位置する長い側板によ
つて阻止し、植付苗の遠い側に位置する短い側板
側から流入させることにより、植付直後の苗姿勢
は乱すことなく施肥後の施肥溝を閉塞できるの
で、従来のように植付直後の植付苗付近の泥が作
溝部に向つて流入し、その泥の減少により植付苗
が傾斜してしまうのを防止できる。また、実施例
の如く歩行型田植機の場合にあつては、作業者の
歩行により生ずる足による泥押しによつて植付直
