Some rotary tillage devices are capable of performing both down-cutting (forward rotation) and up-cutting (reverse rotation) operations, allowing the tilling operation to be performed in accordance with the type of crops to be planted or field conditions. By the way, in the above-mentioned tillage device,
In order to avoid troublesome work such as replacing the tiller claws when changing tasks, a dual-purpose tiller claw is sometimes provided. By the way, conventionally,
As shown in Utility Model Publication No. 41-1925, etc.
Because the tilling claws for both forward and reverse use were fixed to the claw shaft,
Since the driving angle of the cutting edge of the tilling claw cannot be adjusted and the driving angle is too large, a considerable impact force acts on the mounting base of the tilling claw, resulting in early damage. Therefore, in order to eliminate this drawback, a pair of brackets protruding radially outward are provided on the claw shaft in a manner facing each other in the direction of the claw axis, and the mounting base of the tilling claw is inserted between both brackets. By inserting a collar with a flange into the mounting base and screwing a nut onto the tip of the mounting bolt inserted through the collar, the tilling claws can be tilted in a normal rotation direction with the tip being in a backward position in the normal rotation direction from the mounting base. It is equipped with a collar with a flange and is inserted in a spring-like manner between the flange of the collar and the mounting base to allow cultivation. It is conceivable to fit a disc spring that holds the claws in each of the above-mentioned positions, and in this way, the driving angle of the tilling claws can be made appropriate in both forward and reverse directions. However, in the above method, when the tilling claw changes its position, the disc spring also rotates together with the tilling claw, so the inner peripheral side of the disc spring that comes into contact with the collar is worn out, causing the disc spring to bounce. The force decreases, which reduces the frictional force that maintains the tiller in each of the above positions, and this decrease causes
There was a problem in that the tilling claws could not be held in the above-mentioned positions and the driving angle of the tilling claws could not be set to an appropriate value. In addition, due to the decrease in the frictional force mentioned above,
Since the rattling between the brackets of the mounting base also becomes large, there is a problem in that the contact noise between the mounting base and the brackets also increases.

The present invention has solved the above problem, and its feature is that the pawl shaft is provided with a pair of brackets that protrude outward in the radial direction and are opposed to each other in the axial direction of the pawl shaft. By inserting the mounting base of the tilling claw between them, and inserting and screwing the mounting bolts into both brackets and the mounting base, the tilling claw can be placed in a normal rotation inclined position in which the tip is in a backward position in the forward rotation direction than the mounting base. The mounting bolt is provided with a tilling claw that is interposed in a resilient manner between the end of the mounting bolt and the mounting base, so that the position can be changed to a reverse tilted position in which the tip is in a backward position in the reverse direction from the mounting base. In a device fitted with a disc spring that maintains each of the above positions, a rotation preventing collar that is fitted onto a mounting bolt and interposed between the mounting base and the disc spring is non-rotatably fitted to the bracket on the disc spring side. That's what I did.

The tilling claw 18 has a shape in which a pair of machete claws are integrated with peak parts 28 and 29 facing each other, and has a mounting base 3 inserted between both brackets 19 and 20.
0 and a blade portion 31. The mounting base 30 has fitting holes 24 and 25 for both brackets 19 and 20.
An insertion hole 32 corresponding to the hole 32 is formed therethrough. 3
4 is a collar with a flange 34a, and the collar body 34b has a large diameter fitting hole 24, an insertion hole 32 and a stepped fitting hole 2.
The flange 34 is removably inserted into the fitting part 25b of 5
a is located between the flanges 22 of the bracket 19. 35 is a mounting bolt, and the mounting bolt 35 is connected to the collar 34 and the bolt hole 25b of the stepped fitting hole 25.
The nut 3 is inserted into the tip of the
6 are removably screwed together, the tilling claw 18 is attached to the claw attachment body 17 so as to be rotatable around the axis of the mounting bolt 35. When the tilling claws 18 are attached, the nut 36 is fitted between the flanges 23 of the bracket 20 and is prevented from rotating, and the mounting bolt 35 is screwed in this state. 37 is a spring washer. Reference numeral 50 denotes a rotation stopper collar having a regular octagonal shape when viewed from the axial direction, which is removably fitted into the collar body 34b of the collar 34 with a flange 34a, and which can be freely fitted into and removed from the large diameter fitting hole 24 and rotated. It is loosely or tightly fitted and interposed between the collar 34a and the mounting base 30. As mentioned above, Tsuba 34
The collar 34 with a is inserted into both the brackets 19, 20 and the mounting base 30, the anti-rotation collar 50 fitted into the collar 34 is fitted into the bracket 19, and the mounting bolt 35 is inserted into the collar 34. Therefore, the driving reaction force applied to the tilling claws 18 does not act on the mounting bolts 35.
There is no risk of damage such as breakage to the mounting bolts 35. The base end surface of the mounting base 30 is shaped like a mountain projecting outward, and a pair of engaged parts 38, 39 corresponding to the respective engaging parts 26, 27 are formed. 39 engages and contacts the corresponding engaging portions 26 and 27, so that the tips of the tilling claws 18, shown by solid lines in FIG. A forward tilted posture in which the tip shown by the imaginary line in FIG. It is designed to be able to be held in both directions, so that it can resist the driving reaction force of the tilling claws 18 both during down-cutting (forward rotation) and up-cutting (reverse rotation) operations. Reference numeral 40 denotes a disc spring that holds the tilling claws 18 in a forward tilted position or a reverse tilted position, and includes a collar 34.
It is removably fitted into the collar main body 34b of the collar 34 with a, and is interposed between the collar 34a and the mounting base 30 in a resilient manner, and the frictional force generated by the resilient force of the disc spring 40 is This is a resistance force against the rotation of the claws 18, and due to the frictional force, when the tilling claws 18 come out of the soil during each of the above operations,
The tilling claws 18 are prevented from taking an intermediate position among the above-mentioned positions due to rotation due to centrifugal force accompanying the rotation.
The above-mentioned frictional force is adjusted to be smaller than the driving reaction force against the soil when the tilling claws 18 rotate forward and backward, and as the direction of rotation of the claw shaft 16 changes from forward rotation to reverse rotation or vice versa, The tilling claws 18 can change their posture from a normal tilted posture to a reverse tilted posture or vice versa by driving reaction force. Further, the above-mentioned frictional force is adjusted by tightening the mounting bolt 35 to the nut 36. In addition, since the rotation stopper collar 50, which is fitted into the collar body 34b of the collar 34 with the flange 34a and interposed between the mounting base 30 and the disc spring 40, is non-rotatably fitted to the bracket 19 on the disc spring side. When the tilling claw 18 changes its posture, the disc spring 40 does not rotate together with the tilling claw 18, so the disc spring 40 will not wear out and its elastic force will not decrease. Therefore, the frictional force that holds the tilling claws 18 in each of the above-mentioned positions will not decrease and the tilling claws 18 will not be able to be held in each of the above-mentioned positions, and the driving angle of the tilling claws 18 can be adjusted to an appropriate angle. In addition, the mounting base 30 will not shake significantly between the brackets 19 and 20, and the contact noise caused by the above-mentioned members will not increase. The blade portion 31 is bent at the tip side, and has a bent portion 42 on the tip side via a bent portion 41, and a portion extending from the base to the tip on both side edges of the blade portion 31 has an outwardly curved protrusion. A pair of blade edge portions 43 and 44 for forward rotation and reverse rotation are respectively formed in the shape of a shape, and an opening 45 surrounded by the ridge portions 28 and 29 is formed in the widthwise central portion of the blade portion 31. It is formed.

A pair of brackets protruding outward in the radial direction are provided on the claw shaft so as to face each other in the axial direction of the claw shaft, and the mounting base of the tilling claw is inserted between both brackets, and the mounting bolts are inserted into both brackets and the mounting base. By inserting and screwing the tilling claws, the tilling claws can be placed in a normal rotation inclined position where the tip is in a position backward in the forward rotation direction than the mounting base, and in a reverse rotation inclined position in which the tip is in a position backward in the reverse rotation direction than the installation base. In order to be able to change the position, the mounting bolt is fitted with a disc spring that is elastically interposed between the end of the mounting bolt and the mounting base to maintain the tilling claws in each of the above positions, and the bracket on the disc spring side A mounting structure for a tiller claw that can be used in both forward and reverse directions, characterized in that a rotation preventing collar that is fitted onto a mounting bolt and interposed between a mounting base and a disc spring is fitted in a non-rotatable manner.
