つて、棒状あるいは帯状の磁気センサーを、柔軟
性を有するカバー体で覆い有底または有蓋状の筒
体を形成し、該カバー体の長手方向に所定間隔で
磁石を取り付け、上記筒体の上部または下部方向
より筒体内部の空気引きと、該筒体内部への空気
の供給とを繰り返せるようにして上記カバー体に
振幅運動させ、タンク内の粉粒体等の押圧力によ
つて上記磁気センサーに近接する磁石を検出する
ことでタンク内のレベルを検出できるようにした
ことを特徴とする粉体等のレベル検出装置。 (2) 磁気センサーを軸心方向に長形開口部を有
するパイプ内に配置し、該長形開口部に該パイプ
の径より若干大きい径となるようにカバー体を覆
