路にペルチエ効果を利用した電子冷却装置の吸熱
・放熱部を夫々臨ませて設け、上記合流部より上
流側通気系路端を吸気口と副吸気口と成し、下流
側通気系路端を排気口と成すとともに、 前記調温装置を、通気系路が形成された基板に
ペルチエ効果を利用した電子冷却装置及びその放
熱側となる面に設けた遠赤外線輻射パネル並びに
フアン装置とにより構成して且つユニツト化した
