Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高温側冷凍機の蒸発器と低温側冷凍機の凝縮器
    を熱交換可能に結合してなる二元冷凍装置におい
    て、上記高温側冷凍機にその負荷状態を検出する
    検出手段を設けるとともに上記高温側冷凍機が軽
    負荷状態になつたとき上記検出手段を介して上記
    低温側冷凍機を起動し、その起動後は上記検出手
    段を上記低温側冷凍機の起動状態に自己保持する
    低温側冷凍機運転手段を設けたことを特徴とする
    二元冷凍装置。
