Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the durability and the reliability of a contact part, and also to simplify an assembling work by providing a supporting body inversively supporting a movable contact provided with a movable contact point, coacting with an operation piece, and providing an elastic body energizing the movable contact to the operation piece side via the supporting body. CONSTITUTION:When a projected part of the right side of an operation piece 18 is pressed, a side part piece 42 fluctuates to the left side with an operation arm 46 with the piece 18 fluctuating to the clockwise direction, and a terminal piece 41 inversibly acts to fluctuate to the left direction. This causes an electric circuit to be closed with a movable contact point 44 contacting a fixed contact point 26. In this case, the piece 41 can slidingly follows keeping strength in reserve since the pieces 41 and 42 are formed with a slit 40 provided at the vicinity of the point 44 and moreover a time lag between both pieces 41 and 42 is made to occur with a projected thread 43 provided in this structure. Consequently, the exothermicity from a locking part can be restrained, and the durability and the reliability of a contact point improved. And an assembling work can be simplified since components can be assembled in order.

When one end of the operator 2 is pressed, it rotates around the central shaft portion, and the operating arm 3 provided on the back side applies rotational force to the rotation shaft 4 via the protrusion 5. Due to the rotation of the rotation shaft 4, the movable frame 6, whose one end is engaged with the groove 11, swings around the engagement portion with the terminal plate 9 at the other end, thereby connecting the movable contact 7 and the fixed contact. The electric circuit is opened and closed by connecting and disconnecting with 8.

[Problems to be solved by the invention However, with such conventional switches,
As shown in FIG. 8, a recess 12 is formed at one end of the movable frame 6 having the movable contact 7, and as shown in FIG. 9, a pair of notches are formed at the upper end of the terminal plate 9 to which the electric wire 10 is connected. 13, and the movable frame 6 is swingably supported by engaging the recesses 12 in the notches 13, so when electricity is applied, heat is generated at the engaging portions, which may hinder the opening and closing of the switch. There was a problem that it could happen.

In addition, the shaft portion of the operator 2 and the rotation shaft 4 are pivotally supported in the case body l, and not only is the installation direction for inserting and fixing the terminal plate 9 restricted, but also the direction in which the terminal plate 9 is inserted and fixed is restricted. Since it was necessary to hang the movable frame 6 between the rotary shaft 4 and the rotating shaft 4, there was a problem in that the assembly work was very complicated and required skill.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing the closed state of the contacts 26.44 of this switch. When the protruding side of the operator 18 (the left side in the figure) is pressed from this state, the operator 18 touches the fulcrum portion 49. It swings counterclockwise around the center, and the operating arm 46 that is integrated therewith swings in the same way. As a result, the actuating arm 4
side piece 4 whose upper edge engages with a V-groove 47 provided at the lower end of 6;
2 swings to the right around the concave portion of the 7-shaped piece 34 of the support body 31. As a result, the terminal piece 41 having the movable contact 44 swings to follow the movement of the side piece 42 after a slight time delay, so that the movable contact 44 swings apart from the fixed contact 26. An electrical circuit is opened. Then, the right end of the operator 18 protrudes to the outside.

In this case, a slit 40 is provided near the movable contact 44 of the movable contact 38 to form the terminal piece 41 and the side piece 42,
Furthermore, since the protrusion 43 is provided to create a time delay between the two pieces 41 and 42, the terminal piece 41 can slide with extra force to follow the swinging of the side piece 42. did it. Therefore, it is possible to prevent chattering between the movable contact 44 and the fixed contact 26 due to light contact with the operator 18 or input of vibration, etc., and to suppress wear of both contacts and improve durability. Can be done.

Further, the support body 31 is bent into a substantially M shape, and the length of one leg piece 36 is formed shorter than the length of the other leg piece 35,
The support body 31 is urged upward by the coil spring 45 so that the allowable amount of elastic deformation in the vertical direction is set large and the allowable amount of elastic deformation in the left-right reversal direction is set small. The reversing operation can be performed smoothly and the amount of movement can be set large.

The bottom of the movable contact 38 draws a downwardly convex circular arc X, while the upper edge of the side piece 42 of the movable contact 38 draws an upwardly convex circular arc Y. Although an overlapping portion S occurs, the leaf spring 33 of the support body 31 elastically deforms downward and absorbs the overlapping portion S, so that the movable contact 44 does not slide vertically relative to the fixed contact 26. Open and close. Such sliding opening/closing between the contacts can reduce the occurrence of arcs at the contact portions, thereby preventing contact welding during opening/closing of the switch, thereby improving the life of the switch.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, there is no need to pivotally support the shaft of the operator and the rotation shaft on the case body as in the conventional case, and the component parts can be assembled sequentially, which simplifies the assembly work. This makes it possible to greatly improve the ease of assembly of this type of switch.

In this case, the pair of locking pieces 25a and 25b of the push spring 25 facing the inside of the wire insertion hole 20 are each bent inward, and easily elastically inward against the insertion force of the wire 50. Since the electric wire 50 is deformed, the insertion work of the electric wire 50 can be easily performed. On the other hand, when the electric wire 50 is pulled out, each of the locking pieces 25a,
Since the tip edge of the wire 25b is bitten, the attachment of the electric wire 50 is not released.

In the above embodiment, a coil spring whose elasticity can be easily unified is used as the elastic body, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a cylindrical body made of a synthetic resin material, Alternatively, various types of springs such as metal leaf springs, shape memory alloy springs, etc. can be adopted. Further, since both sides of the operator 18 are supported by the case body 16 by the fulcrum portion 49, the entire surface of the operator 18 can be illuminated by incorporating an indicator light inside.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, a container having a case body and a lid body, a switch mechanism having a movable contact provided with a movable contact, a support body, and an elastic body, and an external electric wire are provided. Since the switch is configured with a connecting terminal part, heat generation from the engaging part is suppressed, the durability and reliability of the contact is increased, and welding of the contact is suppressed to ensure reliable opening/closing operation. The effect is that it is possible to provide a switch that can perform the following operations. Further, since the component parts can be assembled in sequence, the assembly work can be greatly simplified, and the ease of assembly of this type of switch can be greatly improved.
