複数のスイツチ5を並設したプリント基板4を当
接配置し、パネル1のスイツチ部上壁と支持金具
2の上フランジ部との間に、各スイツチ5に対向
する可動部6をヒンジ部7を介して一体連設した
ボタン座8を挟持し、前記可動部6にボタン9を
溶着又は接着にて固定している。ところで、この
ような多連スイツチにおいては、スイツチ5とボ
タン座8の可動部6とのすき間が各スイツチ5間
で一定であることが、スイツチのオン・オフの確
実さ及びボタン感触を均一にする上で必要であ
る。しかしながら、上記構成では、スイツチ5と
可動部6のすき間は、パネル1、支持金具2、プ
リント基板4及びボタン座8の4つの部品の寸法
のばらつきや反りが重畳するため取付時において
も一定にし難く、さらにボタン9やパネル1に外
力を加えるとさらに変化するという問題があつ
た。なお、パネル1と支持金具2を固定するビス
3の数を増やせば、この問題を改善することも可
能であるが、外観上好ましくなく、コストも高く

考案の構成

から前記各スイツチに対応する可動部をばね性を
有するヒンジ部を介して一体連設し、前記各可動
部前面にボタンを固定してなり、スイツチを並設
したプリント基板をパネルのリブとボタン座で挟
持することにより、前記スイツチとボタン座から
連設された可動部とのすき間を一定に保つように

置するように配設され、且つこのリブ13の前部
は前記プリント基板14を嵌め込めるように切欠
かれており、その前端面でプリント基板14を当
接支持するように構成されている。また上壁12
a及び下壁12bの前端部の対向面はアンダーカ
ツトされて係合溝16a,16bが形成されてい
る。17は合成樹脂材料で構成されたボタン座
で、前記各スイツチ15が貫通する貫通孔が穿設
されている。このボタン座17の上端からは、ば
ね性を有する第1のヒンジ部19を介して前記各
スイツチ15に対応する可動部20が一体連設さ
れており、前記ヒンジ部19は各可動部20の両
側に一対づつ形成されている。また、ボタン座1
7の上端には前記上壁12aの係合溝16aに嵌
入係合する三角突起状の係合部21が突設されて
いる。前記ボタン座17の下端からは、ばね性を
有する第2のヒンジ部22を介して係止部材23
が連設され、この係止部材23を前方に90゜曲げ
たときに下方を向く面に前記下壁12bの係合溝
16bに嵌入係合する三角突起状の係合部24が
突設され、上方を向く面には前記可動部20の下
端から垂下されたフランジ25に前方から係合す
るフランジ26が突設されている。27は可動部
20の前面に溶着又は接着にて固定したボタンで

前方よりパネルに挿入するのみで固定でき、従来
のように取付金具やビス締めが不要となり、作業
工数も低減でき、コスト低下も図ることができる
