する給油パイプを通じて前記導体の油通路に、加
圧された絶縁油を供給する加圧注油部と、前記外
部キヤツプ貫通する抜油パイプを通じて、前記絶
縁紙コアの外周部から前記金属シース下に溢れ出
た前記絶縁油を回収する油回収部とを有すること
