の中間部で、シールリングの側面に形成された凹
部に対向する部分に、少なくとも１個の通孔を形
成すると共に、このバツクアツプリングの外側面
で、上記通孔に整合する部分に、少なくとも凹溝
の開口側周縁に一端を開口する排出溝を形成した
