【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はロードセルを用いた計重装置に関す
る。計重装置の計重部として近年、ロードセルが
注目されている。しかしこのロードセルは過大な
負荷に弱く、衝撃的に過大な負荷を加えると、い
わゆるゼロ点漂動が生じて計重誤差が生じたり、
極端な場合には破損されてしまうものである。そ
こで種々の過負荷防止装置が提案されているが、
いずれも構成が複雑であつたり、過負荷防止を十
分におこなえなかつたりして、適当なものではな
い。

つてロードセル5は板ばね3に吊られている。1

ことになり、ロードセルの両水平部が設定値以上
に無理に撓ませられることはない。したがつて、
いわゆるゼロ点漂動やロードセルの破損を未然に
防止することができるものである。
