Claims (1)
- 加熱室２の背面板２ａの外壁中央部に熱風発生
装置３を設け、この熱風発生装置３内に円環状に
配するヒーター３ｃを支持する対称的に設けた碍
石４ａ，４ｂ，４ｃ，４ｄと、ヒーター３ｃ内中
央に設けたラジアルフアン６を有する一方、背面
板２ａの中央に吸気口２ｂと、碍石４ａ，４ｂ，
４ｃ，４ｄの左右側、あるいは左側、右側のいず
れか一方側に熱風吹出口７ａ，８ａ，８ｂ，７ｄ
，８ｃ，８ｄとを設け、ラジアルフアン６の回転
方向を可逆可能とすることを特徴とする調理器。
