込型とし、該熱気の吸込口を複数個設け、該複数
個の吸込口に吸込口変更シヤツターを設けて吸込
口を変化させることを特徴とするオーブン装置。 ２ オーブン庫外の熱源により生じる熱気をフア
ンにより該オーブン庫内に導いて加熱調理を行な
うものにおいて、該フアンを該オーブン庫の外部
ほ設けて該熱気を該オーブン庫内に押込む押込型
とし、該熱気の押込口を複数個設け、該複数個の
押込口に押込口変更シヤツターを設けて押込口を
変化させることを特徴とするオーブン装置。 ３ オーブン庫外の熱源により生じる熱気をフア
ンにより該オーブン庫内に導いて加熱調理を行な
うものにおいて、該フアンを該オーブン庫の外部
に設けて該熱気を該オーブン庫内に押込む押込型
とし、該熱源を作動時間の異なる複数個の熱源で
構成し、各熱源に対応する各導入口を設けたこと
