拡大断面図、第２図は同上の成形用型を用いて得
られた成形物の要部のみを示す断面図、第３図は
従来の成形用型の一例を示す一部切欠断面図、第
４図は同上の要部拡大断面図、第５図は同上従来
の成形用型を用いて得られた成形物の要部のみを
示す断面図である。 １は一方の型、２は他方の型、３は水切り孔、
４は濾布、６は型窩、７，７′は型窩に隣接する
型合わせ面、８は他方の型の型窩６内での型面、
９は境界部、１０は水平面の型合わせ面、１１は
成形材料。
拡大断面図、第２図は同上の成形用型を用いて得
られた成形物の要部のみを示す断面図、第３図は
従来の成形用型の一例を示す一部切欠断面図、第
４図は同上の要部拡大断面図、第５図は同上従来
の成形用型を用いて得られた成形物の要部のみを
示す断面図である。 １は一方の型、２は他方の型、３は水切り孔、
４は濾布、６は型窩、７，７′は型窩に隣接する
型合わせ面、８は他方の型の型窩６内での型面、
９は境界部、１０は水平面の型合わせ面、１１は
成形材料。
Claims (1)
- 一方の型と、型面に多数の水抜き孔が設けられ
た他方の型とを有し、プレス成形時、他方の型面
上に濾布が位置するようにした水硬性無機質成形
物の成形用型に於いて、型窩と型合わせ面との境
界部に面取り加工が無く、且つ型窩に隣接する型
合わせ面が、該型窩の方向にほぼ平坦な傾斜面と
なされていることを特徴とする水硬性無機質成形
物の成形用型。
