間、ポンプ室およびロータによつて形成され、ロ
ータの回転に伴つてその容積を増減変化する圧力
室と、容積が漸増して行く圧力室に連通されてい
る吸込口と、容積が縮小して行く圧力室に連通さ
れている吐出口とを備えており、ベーンの数をn
として、各ベーン間のピツチが角度(360/n
)度に設定されているベーンポンプにおいて、前
記吸込口のポンプ回転方向における始端が、ポン
プ室のトツプクリアランス位置からポンプ回転方
向で角度(360/n)度以下で吐出口の終端か
ら(360/n)度以上の位置に設定されている
とともに、吸込口の終端がトツプクリアランス位
置から角度略(180―180/n)度の位置に
設定されており、また、吐出口の始端が同じく角
度略(180+180/n)度の位置に設定され
