Claims (1)
- ポンプ本体の内部にダイヤフラムが設けられ、
このダイヤフラムによつてポンプ本体内にポンプ
室が形成され、このポンプ室に対し吸込口及び吐
出口が形成され、前記ダイヤフラムの中央部がポ
ンプ本体内に挿入されたピストン軸の先端部にね
じ止めされたダイヤフラムポンプにおいて、ダイ
ヤフラムは、ダイヤフラム本体と、このダイヤフ
ラム本体のポンプ室側面に一体に設けられた耐高
温性かつ耐薬品性の合成樹脂膜と、ダイヤフラム
本体のピストン軸側面に一体に設けられた耐高温
性かつ耐薬品性の合成樹脂膜とによつて一体的に
形成されたことを特徴とするダイヤフラムポンプ
。
