Claims (1)
- 燃焼室壁面に、吸気弁により開閉される吸気ポ
ートと排気弁により開閉される排気ポートとをそ
れぞれ開口させるとともに、該吸気弁と排気弁を
それぞれポペツト弁で構成し且つ該吸気弁と排気
弁の燃焼室内への突出変位によつて上記吸気ポー
トと排気ポートとが開口されるように構成したエ
ンジンにおいて、上記吸気あるいは排気ポートの
少なくともどちらか一方の外周縁部に、弁径方向
においてバルブシート面の吸・排気弁の閉弁時に
該吸・排気弁と接する位置から吸・排気ポート周
りの燃焼室壁面に跨つて凹入する溝が形成されて
いることを特徴とするエンジンの燃焼室。
