Abstract

PURPOSE:To display an image without being affected by a magnetic field, by directly surrounding the whole of an image display body of a monitor television excepting the display picture by a magnetic shield. CONSTITUTION:In an MRI apparatus, the whole of a CRT excepting a display picture is directly surrounded by a magnetic shield material 2 with respect to the CRT 1 of a monitor television. The MRI apparatus main body 10 is equipped with a probe 2 for transmitting a high frequency exciting pulse and receiving an MR signal under the static magnetic field formed by a main magnet 11 and each of inclined magnetic coils 13 for applying the cinclined magnetic fields of X-, Y- and Z- channels to the static magnetic field in a superposed state, other than the main magnet 11 for generating the static a magnetic field becoming a high magnetic field.
