に嵌合させることを特徴とする請求項第1項記載
の防水型電気コネクタ。 上記ゴム製シール部材10のコネクタハウジ
ング1に対向する面13に嵌合凹部17が形成さ
れ、他方をキヤツプ12に保持されたシール部材
10の上記嵌合凹部17に上記コネクタハウジン
グ1の端部23を嵌合するようにした事を特徴と
する請求項第1項記載の防水型電気コネクタ。 上記ゴム製シール部材10のキヤツプ12に
対向する面14に嵌合凹部19が形成され、他方
をコネクタハウジング1に保持されたシール部材
10の上記嵌合凹部19に上記キヤツプ12の端
部27を嵌合するようにした事を特徴とする請求
項第1項記載の防水型電気コネクタ。 上記嵌合凹部17,19に嵌まるコネクタハ
ウジング1又はキヤツプ12あるいはその双方の
端部23,27の先には斜壁26,29が形成さ
れていると共に、上記シール部材10の嵌合凹部
17,19にも上記端部23,27の斜壁26,
29の形状に対応する形状の斜壁18,22が形
成され、上記端部23,27を上記嵌合凹部17
,19に嵌合させた時、その嵌合の最終段階に於
いて上記端部の斜壁26,29が嵌合凹部17,
19の斜壁18,22を押圧することにより、そ
の押圧力がシール部材の内周側、外周側のシール
面32,33のシール圧力として変換されるよう
にした事を特徴とする請求項第1項、第2項、第
3項又は第4項記載の防水型電気コネクタ。 上記シール部材10の嵌合凹部17,19は
電線6の絶縁被覆部8に接つする内周側シール面
32を中にしてその周りに周状に形成されている
