７はグリツド電極、８はカソード電極、１３は気
密性耐熱板。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は
相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 筒状側板の一端に前面パネルを他端に基板を気
    密に接合した真空外囲器と、前記前面パネルの内
    面に形成された蛍光面に高電圧を印加するアノー
    ド電極と、前記蛍光面に対応して前記基板側に配
    設された複数のカソードおよびグリツド電極を有
    する光源用表示管において、前記基板として、前
    記筒状側板と同じ熱膨張係数を有する気密性耐熱
    板を用いたことを特徴とする光源用表示管。
