【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は電線やホース等線状物を巻取る段ボー
ル等紙製巻取り具であつて、その目的とするとこ
ろは在来物が、第3図に示す如く帯状紙材を幾重

筒結合具から成つており、段ボール製鍔体を嵌合
した該結合具内壁面から外側に接合する紙管内壁
面に対して押込爪を突き開いて一体固設したもの
であるが、紙管及び金属板製短筒結合具とが、段
ボール等低廉材料の鍔体に比し高価であるから結
局全体的にコスト高を余議なくされていること及
び鍔体の両外側に結合具の鍔片が突出することに
なり、多数個積重ねる場合には不安定と共に嵩高
になる欠点がある。本考案は上記欠点を解消する
為に、全体材料を全部段ボール等定廉且つ入手容
易な紙材を利用して大巾なコストの低減化を計る
と共に鍔体外側面を均一面にすべく組立て構成し
て積重ね容易になる様工夫したものである。

と別体として予じめ形成しておき、分離状態で運
搬乃至保管しておき、必要な現場に於いて接着組
付けすればよく、その作業性も極めて簡易である
ばかりでなく、鍔体2,2′にカツコ字状打抜き
部13を形成し且つその奥方に在る紙筒体9に窪
み部14,14を夫々設けているので、手を入れ
て握持することが出来、巻取り具本体1を移動す
る際に、在来物の様に両手で鍔体2,2′の周端
縁部を抱持しなくても片手毎に横倒して1本づつ
握持出来る移動用グリツプを提供できる。又巻取
物の始端止め18を設けたので、巻き始めの作業
が迅速且つ簡便となる。中央スペーサー11は中
央通孔12が間隔を持つて形成されているので、
巻取軸を嵌挿して巻取作業する際の軸の摩擦抵抗
を低く出来る。全体をダンボール材で形成する場
合には焼却処分が可能である。前記の鍔体2,
2′は夫々二枚の貼り合わせ構造となつているが、
波状芯材の方向を直向せしめて貼着することによ
り強度は倍加する。等諸多の優れた効果を発揮す
る有用な考案である。
