(Prior Art) Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1 of the drawings, a container main body 1 has a gas chamber a filled with gas from an air supply means 3 by a bladder 2, and a gas chamber a into which liquid is supplied and discharged from a supply/discharge port 4. In an Akimura system in which a poppet valve 5 is provided at the bottom of the bladder 2 to open and close the liquid supply/discharge port 4, and the liquid supply/discharge port 4 is fully opened, the coil can be opened from the opening of the bladder 2. A spring 6 is suspended, and a receiver 7 attached to the inner bottom of the bladder 2 is connected to the tip of the coil spring 6, so that when liquid is discharged from the container body 1 and the bladder 2 is expanded, the coil spring 6 is stretched. Re,
Since its elasticity provides resistance to closing of the poppet valve 5, it is designed to prevent the poppet valve 5 from closing while the liquid is being discharged, thereby preventing liquid entrapment and bladder entrapment.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the valve braking using the spring 6 of the conventional accumulator described above, when liquid is discharged, the elasticity of the spring 6 provides resistance to closing the poppet valve 5 and releases the poppet valve 5. During this period, the bladder 2 should be inflated diametrically and, after sufficient inflation, the poppet valve 5 should be closed; however, if the poppet valve 5 is lowered to close,
Correspondingly, the elasticity of the spring 6 becomes stronger and the closure of the poppet valve 5 is slowed, so that during this time the bladder 2 expands as shown by the chain line in Figure 2 and wraps around the poppet valve 5. There was a problem that the valve 5 closed and the bladder became jammed.

The present invention was made with the aim of solving the above-mentioned problems of the conventional art.The poppet valve attached to the bladder attracts and holds two objects when it is below a set value, but when the set value is exceeded, two objects are held together. By using a magnetic adsorption means that separates objects, the ideal valve closing operation of the poppet valve is performed, and the accumulator is completely prevented from trapping liquid in the accumulator and from being caught in the bladder. The object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic valve damping device for use in the present invention.

B. Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving the Problems) The magnetic valve braking device used in the accumulator according to the present invention has a bladder 1 inside the container main body 9.
0 into a gas chamber a into which gas is sealed from the air supply means 11 and a liquid chamber b into which liquid is taken in and out through an inlet and outlet port 12, and the inlet and outlet port 12 is opened and closed at the bottom of the bladder 10. In an accumulator in which a poppet valve 13 is provided and the supply/discharge port 12 is fully opened,
A stopper 17 provided inside the bottom of the bladder 10
A magnetic adsorption member is attached to the tip of a retaining rod 19 extending vertically from the opening of the bladder 10 toward the stopper 17, which stops the poppet valve 13 when the value is within a set value and releases it when the set value is exceeded. The above-mentioned conventional problems are solved by the configuration in which the means 27 is installed.

(Function) The magnetic valve braking device of the present invention configured as described above introduces liquid into the main body 9 of the container against the gas enclosed in the bladder 10, and moves the bladder 10 as shown in FIG.
When the bladder 10 is contracted as shown in the figure, the stopper 17 provided inside the bottom of the bladder 10 approaches the holding rod 19, and as a result, the magnets m and m or the magnet m and the magnetic material m' are attracted and engaged. The stop portion 17 is held by the holding rod 19.
However, for example, 3
When the liquid is released at a flow rate of about /sec, the bladder 10 tends to expand in the length direction and diameter direction, but the expansion in the length direction is caused by the magnets m and m.
Otherwise, the bladder 10 expands exclusively in the diametrical direction and comes into close contact with the container main body 9 because it is prevented by the attraction force between the magnet m and the magnetic body m'.

However, even if the bladder 10 is in close contact with the container main body 9, if the poppet valve 13 continues to be released,
Since the bladder 10 expands as in the conventional case and envelops the poppet valve 13, the magnet m
If the magnetic force of the magnet m is set so that the attraction between the magnet m and the magnetic body m' is released and the restraining part 17 is released, then when the bladder 10 is sufficiently expanded in the diametrical direction, The poppet valve 13 closes while discharging the fluid so as not to trap the liquid in the container main body 1 and to prevent the bladder 10 from becoming jammed.

In this device, a guide 18 is attached to the stop portion 17 of the bladder 10 as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 of the drawings.
, and insert this guide 18 into the sliding hole 2 of the holding rod 19.
6, the bladder 10 is allowed to expand and contract while remaining concentric with the container main body 9, and malfunctions due to misalignment of the magnetic attraction means 27 are prevented, resulting in reliable operation. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, one of the holding rods 19 side of the magnetic attraction means 27 is configured with a large number of magnets m superimposed, and a guide 18 magnetized by the magnets m is arranged. Inserting the stopper 17 not only attracts and holds the stopper 17, but also moves the guide 18 to the center of the large number of overlapping magnets m when the stopper 17 leaves the holding rod 19 and descends to close the poppet valve 13. Since a pulling force is exerted, this force is used as an opening force for the poppet valve 13, and the valve can be opened quickly when introducing liquid.

A poppet valve is attached to the bottom of the bladder, eliminating the need for a valve or its support mechanism from the liquid supply/discharge port, so even when used for pressure accumulation and buffering of liquids that contain contaminants, the contaminants do not get stuck in the supply/discharge port. Therefore, there is no functional deterioration or failure due to this, and the liquid flow resistance at the supply/discharge port is small, making it difficult for turbulence to occur.

1 The interior of the main body of the container is divided into a gas chamber filled with gas from an air supply means by a bladder and a liquid chamber into which liquid is introduced and taken out from an air supply/discharge port, and the supply/discharge port is opened and closed at the bottom of the bladder. In an accumulator which is provided with a poppet valve and whose supply/discharge port is fully opened, a stop portion provided inside the bottom of the bladder, and a tip of a retaining rod extending vertically from the opening of the bladder toward the stop portion, A magnetic valve braking device for use in an accumulator, characterized in that it is equipped with a magnetic adsorption means that stops the poppet valve when it is within a set value and releases it when it exceeds the set value.
