[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to an inkjet recording device, and more particularly to an ink circulation system of an inkjet recording device that uses ink containing a pigment component. [Prior Art] Dyes are generally used as the coloring components of inks used in inkjet recording devices. However, some colors cannot be achieved with dyes. In such cases, pigments are used. In such a pigment ink, the pigment component is not dissolved in the solvent and is therefore only dispersed and suspended in the solvent. Therefore, when the ink is brought to a standstill, pigment precipitation occurs. Recently, in the field of inkjet recording devices, inks containing pigment components such as white ink have come into use, and with this, it has become necessary to take measures against precipitation of the pigment components in the ink. On the other hand, in order to prevent clogging of the nozzles due to agglomeration or precipitation of components in the ink, the ink in the ink chamber of the recording head is circulated through a path different from the one ejected from the nozzles. Preventing clogging is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 18919/1982 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 28868/1983. [Problem to be solved by the invention] However, in the conventional apparatus described above, no consideration is given to the handling of ink when the nozzle is being cleaned with a cleaner, or the venting of air within the ink supply means when replacing ink. Therefore, there are problems in that pigment components may precipitate within the ink supply means during nozzle cleaning, and it is troublesome to bleed air from the ink supply means when replacing ink. An object of the present invention is to prevent precipitation of pigment components within an ink supply means during printing or nozzle cleaning, and to simplify air bleeding when replacing ink. [Means for Solving the Problem] The present invention provides an ink supply system that supplies ink to one input of a supply switching solenoid valve by an ink supply pump, an ink filter, a regulator, and a pressure gauge connected sequentially from an ink tank. cleaner supply means for supplying cleaner to the other input of the supply switching solenoid valve by means of a cleaner supply pump and a cleaner filter connected sequentially from the cleaner tank; and a nozzle connected to the output of the supply switching solenoid valve. a gutter that captures ink particles ejected from the nozzle and not used for printing, a recovery switching solenoid valve whose input is connected to the gutter, and an output of one of the recovery switching solenoid valves being connected to the ink tank. and a waste liquid recovery means that connects the other output of the recovery switching solenoid valve to a waste liquid tank, and when the supply switching solenoid valve connects the ink supply means to the nozzle, the recovery switching is performed. A solenoid valve connects the gutter to the ink collection means, and when the supply switching solenoid valve connects the cleaner supply means to the nozzle, the collection switching solenoid valve connects the gutter to the cleaner collection means. The inkjet recording apparatus is characterized in that a bypass passage including a recovery solenoid valve is provided between the pressure gauge of the ink supply means and the supply switching solenoid valve and between the ink tank. [Operation] The ink flowing through the bypass passage and returning to the ink tank increases the flow rate of the ink within the ink supply means, so that precipitation of pigment components within the ink supply means is less likely to occur. Furthermore, this flow is maintained even when the supply switching electromagnetic valve is switched from the ink supply means side to the cleaner supply means side for nozzle cleaning, so that the pigment component precipitation prevention effect is achieved even during the nozzle cleaning. Further, when replacing the ink in the ink circulation system, air mixed into the ink circulation system (particularly within the ink supply means) escapes within a short period of time through the bypass passage, which has a relatively high flow rate. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the inkjet recording apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows the ink and cleaner circulation system of an inkjet recording apparatus using pigment ink. The pigment ink in the ink tank 1 is supplied to the ink input port, which is one input of the supply switching solenoid valve 6, through an ink supply system that sequentially connects an ink supply pump 2, an ink filter 3, a regulator 4, and a pressure gauge 5. Supplied. The ink output from the supply switching electromagnetic valve 6 is supplied to the recording head, and is ejected as ink droplets from the nozzles 7 of the recording head to be used for printing. Ink particles not used for printing are captured in the gutter 8. Gutter 8
is connected to the input of the collection switching solenoid valve 9, and the ink particles (ink) captured by the gutter 8 are input to the collection switching solenoid valve 9. The recovery switching solenoid valve 9
One output, which is an ink output port that outputs the ink, is connected to an ink recovery system connected to the ink tank 1 via a recovery pump 10, and the ink sent to the ink recovery system is sent to the ink tank 1. 1 will be collected and reused. A bypass passage provided with a recovery solenoid valve 11 is connected between the pressure gauge 5 of the ink supply system, the ink input port of the supply switching solenoid valve 6, and the ink tank 1. The ink inside is returned to the ink tank 1 without intervening the flow path after the supply switching solenoid valve 6. On the other hand, the cleaner in the cleaner tank 12 is supplied to the cleaner input port, which is the other input of the supply switching solenoid valve 6, through a cleaner supply system in which a cleaner supply pump 13 and a cleaner filter 14 are connected in sequence. When the supply switching solenoid valve 6 is switched to input the cleaner during nozzle cleaning, the cleaner flows sequentially through the supply switching solenoid valve 6, the nozzle 7, and the gutter 8 and reaches the recovery switching solenoid valve 9. . The cleaner output port, which is the other output of the recovery switching solenoid valve 9, is connected to the cleaner recovery pump 1.
6 to a cleaner recovery system connected to a waste liquid tank 15, and during nozzle cleaning, the cleaner input to the recovery switching solenoid valve 9 is recovered into the waste liquid tank 15 via the cleaner recovery system. Note that 17 is a stirrer for stirring the ink in the ink tank 1, and 18 is a needle valve. By the way, considering the flow rate of ink during normal printing in the ink supply system of a general inkjet recording device, the flow rate of ink ejected from the nozzle and the flow rate of ink in the tube of the ink supply system are as follows. be.

As described above, the present invention provides a bypass passage equipped with a recovery solenoid valve between the pressure gauge of the ink supply means and the supply switching solenoid valve, and between the ink tank, so that the ink flow rate in the ink supply means can be measured during printing. Of course, since the nozzle cleaning is also accelerated, precipitation of pigment components of the ink within the ink supply means can be prevented during printing or nozzle cleaning, and furthermore, the ink flow rate within the ink supply means can be reduced. By increasing the size of the ink, air bubbles that are mixed in during ink replacement can be discharged within a short period of time, and air bleeding becomes easier.
